Drake A. Hawkins, D.D.S.
Dr. Drake Hawkins is a native of Little Rock and has practiced here since 1987. He graduated the University of Arkansas with a BA in Zoology in 1983 and graduated from The University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences with honors in 1987. He is a past president of the Central District Dental Society, member of the Arkansas State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists. He is also a guest lecturer for dental residents at UAMS.
Dr. Hawkins loves being with his family, enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and travel, and is passionate about his profession. He is skilled in a wide range of services with an emphasis on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His commitment to excellence is obvious from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Hawkins is your hometown dentist delivering world class care!
Born and raised in Little Rock, Dr. Rainwater is thrilled to be home in Arkansas to practice dentistry. Following graduation from Little Rock Christian Academy, he attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2008 with a B.S. in Biological Engineering. Dr. Rainwater received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he graduated with honors in 2012. After dental school, he also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Rainwater is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and past president of Central District Dental Society.
In his free time, Dr. Rainwater enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel Cashion Rainwater and daughters, Abigail, Emma, and Molly Kate. When he is out of the office, he loves to fish on the little Red River and do most anything outdoors.

Meet Our Staff!
Hygiene Staff
Kim L.
Kim joined our staff in January of 2016 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in dental hygiene. Kim is a south Arkansas girl who grew up in Camden but put roots down in Little Rock when she moved here for dental hygiene school. After receiving her degree from UAMS, she worked in both periodontal and general offices and has since provided dental hygiene care for many patients. You will love meeting Kim at your initial exam and seeing her for your periodic cleanings. Kim is a warm and caring person that will take great care of you and your family. When not seeing patients, you can find Kim at a football or baseball game, cheering on the Razorbacks or her favorite athlete, and spending time with her son Sam.
Kristen
Kristen joined our team in the summer of 2016 following her graduation from the UAMS hygiene program. She is originally from Pine Bluff. Kristen played D1 softball at UCA while obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Dietetics. When she is out of the office she enjoys hanging out with her husband and two daughters planning their next Disney trip.
Melanie
Originally from Marlboro, New Jersey, Melanie relocated in 2013 to Little Rock with her husband and two sons. Shortly after her move, Melanie joined our team as a part-time position, and then switched to full time the following year. Melanie has brought a fresh perspective to all aspects of our office, and we are continuing to train her in Southern culture! Melanie graduated from New York Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing for over 25 years. Melanie has not only experience but also a kind and delicate demeanor in how she treats her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with her boys.
Madison
Madison obtained a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, but she knew she really wanted to work with patients in the dental field. In 2021, Madison went on to graduate Dental Hygiene school from UAMS. We believe you will agree that she is a natural and makes her patients feel comfortable and at ease. In Madison’s free time she enjoys being at the lake, running spending time with her family, friends and playing with her golden retriever. Madison is from Little Rock and grew up coming to our practice as a patient, so we are overjoyed to have her join our team as a hygienist.
Dental Assistant Staff
Bailey
Bailey was born and raised in the great state of Arkansas. She has been a dental assistant since May of 2018 and got her love of dentistry from her mother, who has been a dental assistant for 24 years! Growing up she was the child who was not fond of going to the dentist so her favorite thing is always putting a smile on her patients face and making them feel as at home as possible. In Bailey’s spare time she loves exploring new cities and states, spending time with her family and going on mission trips with her church.
Anna
Anna joined our team in 2020 and has been an assistant since 2016. Anna married her high school sweetheart and together they have one daughter, Brooklyn. When Anna is not at work, she loves spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis and going to the lake. Anna’s favorite part about being a dental assistant is connecting with her patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible.
Tracy
Tracy moved to Cabot in May of 2021 from “Sweet Home Alabama.” She brings over 20 years of chairside assisting to our practice. Tracy got her degree at Columbus Technical College in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors. From kayaking and canoeing to camping with her husband David and family, keep an eye out for Tracy at your local state park! Tracy has four daughters - Katie, Tayla, Priscilla, Baylie; two amazing son-n-laws and three wonderful grandsons, Bowen, Barrett, and Triton!

Chriss
Although Chriss was born in El Paso, Texas she considers herself an Arkansas Native. Chriss is one of the smiling faces that is waiting to greet you when you walk in the door. Chriss has over fifteen years of experience in the dental industry. She is very knowledgeable with insurance and treatment plans and will be able to assist you with financial questions. She enjoys building strong patient relationships and is always striving to make your visit with our office a positive experience. She feels very fortunate to work with doctors who are committed to providing quality dentistry. She is the proud wife of Dave who retired after serving 34 years in the U.S. Military. When she is not in the office, Chriss enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling on her Can-Am Spyder. Please feel free to contact Chriss for help with your insurance questions.
